Process of plan approval including Floor plan, Elevations, Structural, Stormwater certification, BASIX, color selection, and Geotech

Base

Floor slab Completion of Piers, footings, Underslab plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Gas and Plumbing rough. structural steel and Floor slab poured

Wall Frames

Install and bracing of prefab frames

Brick wall

Brickwork complete

Roofing

Install of trusses, roof covering, Fascia Install, All structural support installed

PlasterBoard

Fixing, plaster and sanding complete, Cornice installed.

Lockup

All framework complete. Window nailed off. External doors installed with locks. External wall cladding complete

Practical Completion

All scope of work complete. The build can be reasonably used for their usual purpose.
